With the Turbo Rotation System, the high-performance blades lift the food, chop it and expel it through the openings of the protector so that the food can fall back to the bottom of the container and be sucked and crushed again.
This technology together with the openings allow to create a perfect circulation system to grind the food and achieve the best results avoiding that the food accumulates inside the blades.
